Company Goals and Objectives: Our primary goal is to be recognized as providing a unique holistic service that accelerates organizations along the path of excellence identifying organizational obstacles and providing strategies to eliminate the problems, not just the symptoms. We are currently well positioned in the emerging government market of Energy Security and can leverage our reputation in this area. The objective supporting this goal is to have three organizations engaged as full time customers by 1st quarter FY09. Our secondary goal is to be sought as a speaker for organizational gatherings focused on the topics of Energy Security, Power Surety, Conscious Leadership, Collaborative Decision Making and Dynamic Team Building. The objective supporting this goal is to speak at not less than 2 functions a month by 2nd quarter FY09. Finally our tertiary goal is to be seen as a valuable asset as a corporate trainer for small, alternative energy companies interested in accelerating their growth. The objective supporting this is to develop training opportunities to supplement the primary and secondary goals.
